Kiara is the Office Manager and has been with Modern since 2023.  After growing up in the Dominican Republic, Kiara pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Prior to joining Modern, Kiara gained extensive experience working with large corporations, particularly in human resources. At Modern, she has become known for her strength in systems management, HR operations, and streamlining organizational processes. Outside of work, Kiara enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new destinations, and experimenting with new recipes.
