Meet Rick, one of our Senior Lead Technicians here at Modern Electrical Contracting! His journey with us began when he was just 18 years old, when a friend encouraged him to join the Modern team. This became a decision that sparked a fulfilling career spanning more than 30 years.

A typical day for Rick begins with preparing for a wide range of service calls. From job to job, he troubleshoots issues, installs cabling, and adapts to whatever the day brings. Regardless of the task, his goal remains the same: keeping customers happy with exceptional service.

From starting as a helper to becoming a lead technician with his own crew, Rick has grown alongside Modern. Today, he focuses on sharing his knowledge with the next generation of technicians, and he values the relationships he has built with coworkers and customers throughout his career.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with family, cooking, being outdoors, and working on projects around his home!
